Kristin Hilf is vice president of Global Communications and Marketing for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. She manages the use of strategic communications programs to support a business that specializes in air and missile defense systems, precision weapons, radars, command and control systems and advanced defense technologies.
Hilf has more than 30 years of experience in business communications and public relations. She previously served as vice president of communications for Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020.
In that position she led public relations, marketing communications, employee communications, community relations and the business’ participation in special events such as trade shows. Before joining Raytheon, Hilf managed communications and public relations for numerous consumer and business-to-business companies including RSA Security.
Hilf is secretary of the board for the Arc of Massachusetts, a nonprofit organization to improve the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and English literature from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
