Eugene Jaramillo is vice president of Global Supply Chain Management at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He oversees strategic relationships with a network of suppliers around the world for air and missile defense systems, precision weapons, radars, command and control systems and advanced defense technologies.
Jaramillo has more than 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense, including multiple positions in supply chain, operations and quality. Most recently he served as vice president of Global Supply Chain Management at Raytheon Missile Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. In that role, he led strategic sourcing, international subcontract management, procurement, production control, integrated supplier program management teams, supplier engineering, property, logistics and transportation.
He is responsible for over $6 billion in annual material spend and a global workforce of over 1,500 employees. Previously, Jaramillo held a variety of leadership positions at Boeing Satellite Systems in quality assurance, supplier quality, production and operations.
Jaramillo holds an MBA with an international focus from Loyola Marymount University, a bachelor’s degree in operations management from the University of Southern California and technical degrees in laser technology and electro-optics from Pasadena City College.
