Vice President, Program Management Excellence, Raytheon Missiles & Defense
Dave Gulla is vice president of Program Management Excellence for Raytheon Missiles & Defense and Raytheon Intelligence & Space, two of Raytheon Technologies’ four businesses. He leads the Program Management Excellence mission area support, strategic initiatives, program planning, earned value compliance and program manager development for air and missile defense systems, precision weapons, radars, command and control systems and advanced defense technologies.
Gulla, an electrical engineer, has extensive leadership experience in aerospace and defense and has held multiple leadership roles.
Most recently, he served as vice president of the Sensor product line at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He was previously the vice president for the Mission Systems and Sensors business area at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.
Gulla received the Raytheon Program Leadership award in 2006. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell.
